This chickfila is quick, efficient and nice enough. However, if you're like me and like the kale side salad don't order it here.... You'll get about half or less of the container full of it. When I asked about it, they said that this is the normal amount forkale side (it wasnt always). Worst experience ever I ordered my food today paid with cash. I was told to pull up to a parking spot to wait on my food. I... waited for 20 minutes as the cars pulled off with their food that came after me. I had to request a manager just to let themknow that I still didn?t get my food. I think it?s very poor customer service to not give a receipt to customers who pay whilewaiting in line. I had no proof that I paid the manager was able to find my order that was never placed I don?t know how theywere able to take my money and not put my order in. This is the first time chic fil a has disappointed. Both of our sandwiches were so salty that they were inedible. We had gotten... it in the drive through and were too far away to return. My daughter said she never goes to the two notch road location becauseit's never as good. I reached out to corporate, but no one from the location got in touch. That shows how little they care.
