This chickfila is quick, efficient and nice enough. However, if you're like me and like the kale side salad don't order it here.... You'll get about half or less of the container full of it. When I asked about it, they said that this is the normal amount forkale side (it wasnt always). This is the second time this has happened and the first time I've asked but I always get a kaleside if I get dinner here. Read more
I love chick-fil-a but the amount of money you pay to get the wrong food is becoming depressing to stop going there. We ordered... lemonade and they gave us sodas. Frequently forget sauces and straws. Wrong orders and poor customer service when you try tocall them out. Won't be going back to this location. Read more
Worst experience ever I ordered my food today paid with cash. I was told to pull up to a parking spot to wait on my food. I... waited for 20 minutes as the cars pulled off with their food that came after me. I had to request a manager just to let themknow that I still didn?t get my food. I think it?s very poor customer service to not give a receipt to customers who pay whilewaiting in line. I had no proof that I paid the manager was able to find my order that was never placed I don?t know how theywere able to take my money and not put my order in. I requested a refund I could not wait on an order because I would be late towork. I will never revisit this location again. Read more
I don?t think it?s their pleasure anymore. We went to Chick-fil-A in West Ashley for lunch on Wednesday and my fries were cold... with a burnt taste. I told the manager/owner and she proceeds to give me a lesson grease. ? You see the light color? That tellsme it?s fresh grease?. I just looked at her. Just because the grease is fresh doesn?t mean it can?t be overcooked. And, thoseheating lamps only work so well. The sandwich can be warm but I love hot fries. I NEVER check my chick-fil-a order because I trust them to get it right. There are times when they may forget ketchup or sauce... but this time they forgot the chicken AND toppings ???? I ordered this via the app and picked up in the drive thru on Tuesdaynight for lunch on Wednesday. I didn't check it until I took it out of the chick-fil-a bag to put it in my lunch bag onWednesday morning so imagine my shock and disappointment. The whole purpose of me getting lunch the night before was because Iwas going to be stuck in a meeting past my lunch time. The manager did tell me to stop back by so they could remake my saladcorrectly and I did however it was an inconvenience. I'll be checking my food at this particular chick-fil-a from now on. This is the first time chic fil a has disappointed. Both of our sandwiches were so salty that they were inedible. We had gotten... it in the drive through and were too far away to return. My daughter said she never goes to the two notch road location becauseit's never as good. I reached out to corporate, but no one from the location got in touch. That shows how little they care.
