My wife did a pickup order. It took an extra 15 mins when she arrived even though the order said ?ready.? They then gave us a... card for six free smoothies. Today she went to use it and at the same location and they said they didn?t accept the card at thatlocation. Furthermore they TOOK THE CARD FROM HER so she couldn?t use it anywhere else. Been going to this location for a while but won't be back after today. The employees had no idea what was going on and couldn't... even answer simple questions as to whether or not products contained eggs or dairy. The lady at the register rang us up whilenot knowing how to scan my qr code in the rewards app and the other lady told me there was directions on the receipt on how toget the points but there are none.
