They used to make sandwiches, but this doesn't even count and was a waste of money. We had liked going here for years, but now... their customer service and serving sizes have plummeted. We had a to-go order, and not only did they forget ordered ingredients,but what I did order was in scarce supply (see picture-- this was literally *all* that was on the sandwich-- barely any turkeyand missing ingredients like avocado.) We called to address it, and the employee on the phone didn't ask any questions or seemto care, but said it was their standard size and then proceeded to just laugh at us. The salad bar is great and we used to love coming for it, but they now only allow one trip. We quit coming and now go across... the street to East Bay Deli. Would love it if they went back to unlimited trips. Read more
Many mistakes have been made in the past. Many times orders are missing items. It is because of this that I have, time and... again, requested them to put items in separate containers & not to forget bread, not to forget zucchini?..because, believe it ornot, on occasion when I?ve ordered Zucchini Pasta, there?s been NO zucchini. Also, for 10.00+ per pasta dish, often timesthere?s hardly any pasta. Today they messed up again!!!! The manager already had an attitude when I called to voice mycomplaint??very unprofessional. I will NEVER order from them again, I will NEVER dine in with them again, & I will be beyondwilling not only to share my opinion, but my dissatisfaction with them to others also. They need to look for cooks that can readproperly, & managers without attitudes. One of Charleston?s worst restaurants. Read more
