I worked at a Dominos in Illinois from 2014-2017 but haven?t ate there since I left. As a young professional today, I wanted to... show my employees my appreciation and ordered 12 pizzas. I was a little hesitant to get dominos because I know first hand ifit?s not made with love, it?s garbage. Each pie I picked up from this location was made with love. This is a handtossed pizza. It's actually thinner than a thin crust. Old dough, disgusting, 19 pieces of pepperoni and soggy.... Then calling back i got put on old school hold, you know, where the phone is picked up and set on the counter so it doesn't haveto be answered. I could here everything in the background including phones ringing constantly and noone answering. We just wentthere and picked thie food up, they were NOT busy. Ordered a pizza prior to 10pm, only to have it cancelled at exactly 10pm. When I called, the "gentleman" that answered the phone... hung up on me when I asked why my order was cancelled. I called back and asked why I was hung up on, to which he said he heardnobody on the line and ended the call. I asked again why my order was cancelled, and he says that they stop taking orders at10pm. When I told him that the order was placed before 10, he said he would do his best to make the order if I still wanted it,but he would shut down at 10:15 regardless. I asked who the manager is, and he said it was him. Obviously, this is not someoneI would trust to make my food and declined his offer to "do his best to make it". Rest assured, I will never spend a dollar atthis location again, and I would highly recommend everyone avoid this place. Maybe they'll close down, and a responsiblebusiness will take their spot. Ordered on the app and it was never received. I called 3 times over a span of 40 minutes because the order showed ?delivered?. I... was assured twice that it was on the way and the driver was dropping off other orders. The final time I called the store issueda refund because they were closing soon and wouldn?t make a new order. (That?s why I?d been calling!) I assume the driver leftit at the hotel next door even though I left the name of the hotel in the notes. No dinner tonight kids. Read more
I had awesome service. Joshua delivered my food and you have not experienced a great delivery till he is your guy. He even... picked my baby girls ear protectors, I did not know she had thrown down the stairs. Also it was quick ordered at the beginningof bath time and I was putting the last pair of pj bottoms on when he pulled up. I even call the manager Wesley to tell him whata great job he did and he was great too. Thanks oh and I discovered if you order a head tossed pepperoni pizza and cheese it upit taste just like a Pizza Hut pizza, which I loved but all of them closed near by.
