The Raw Lab experience exceeding my expectations! I definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys amazing fresh seafood,... creative cuisine, wine, and an amazing culinary experience. The food was amazing and appeared as multiple courses including:high-quality imported caviar, uniquely crafted fresh oysters, exquisite ceviche, tender lobster on a delicate salad, generouschampagne/wine pairings and more! We ate here for dinner on the first night of our trip to Charleston and it was easily the best meal we had during the entire... trip. The oysters were great and the peel-n-eat shrimp were truly amazing! Our platter came with three mignonettes, cocktailsauce, aioli, and freshly grated horseradish ? all delicious. We went to Empire Oyster in Charleston to taste different kind of oysters from the sixteen varieties they have on the menu that... day. Evidently we couldn?t try all of them ? They were fresh and the mignonnette so tasty without being too strong. Theowner ? or the manager, came to us with a sample for us to try, Smoked oysters? but raw! It was divine. Excellent sampling of oysters from arou d the country. They all had a different flavor and the schucker adds some different... ingredients than normal oyster condiments. All the combinations were great.\n\nIt\'s 3 dollars a oyster fyi so it can add upquickly. It\'s worth trying all the kinds though. Read more
If you\'re a big fan of oysters, you must come and visit this popup oysters bar. The staff really know their oysters and flavor... pairing. Can\'t think of another place that have so many type of oysters beside Mitchell\'s fish market and maybe the oysterscatcher restaurant in Tampa. I still give this place a slight edge over the big chain restaurant due to the paring they offerwith each oyster. Read more
