The staff is amazing. The salad bar was delicious and well put together, everything was fresh and crisp. The deviled eggs were... awesome as well. The house made italian dressing was great. The biscuits they serve were awesome as well. Now to the mainmeal.... So many cuts of meat. They were all seasoned well and delicious. The salmon was perfect and the sauce to accompany itwas good as well. The shrimp was good. The toasted cheese and honey was everything. I will be returning with a biggerappetite... DO YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES/INTOLERANCE? READ THIS! This review is a little lengthy but rightfully so. Please bear with me!... Because of my health issues, I have a very strict "no-go" list for foods. I have been to many restaurants who do not take foodallergies seriously, or consider them at all. I called Galpao Gaucho to ask them if any of their meats were cooked in or withany sort of oil (vegetable oils and hydrogenated highly processed oils are on the top of my "no-go" list and make me very sick).They told me that only a couple of meats had oils and to request the manager as soon as I arrive so they can explain to me whichmeats I cannot have. They marked my reservation for having a food allergy and as soon as we arrived they called the manager. Themanager brought us to our table and asked me all of my restrictions. He then went to the kitchen and made sure to annotate whichmeats I was not able to have. Our main waitress made sure to inform every single server on whether or not the meat could bebrought to our table. The picture attached is a copy of the menu the manager altered for me and for the wait staff so we allknew which meat I could or could not consume. At one point a server brought chicken and I thought it was fine, but the mainwaitress spotted that it was one of the meats cooked in oil and quickly ran over to us and said "not this one". She then toldhim the only meats allowed were the ones marked on the menu. My friend and I were blown away by their professionalism duringthe entire experience. I have never been to a restaurant that handled allergies and intolerance in such a manner. There are hugestigmas and misinformation around allergies and intolerances. Many restaurants truly do not care nor take the time ensure theircustomer's health is in good hands. Caught the happy hour at the bar. Really good! 20% off entree plates and $9 selected wines. We got the salmon and potatoes and... it was a delicious generous portion. Their cheese puff bread rolls are addictive. The bartenders were fun andattentive. Appreciated the awesome live music...it really added to the vibe. Amazing Brazilian Steakhouse administered by Brazilian people. We only went there for takeout but decided to stay and dine in.... The managers made everything to make our visit as pleasant as possible. If you don?t eat meat, you can dine in for around 30dollars and eat all you can at their buffet. This place was amazing,great service great prices! The amazing meats from lamb to shrimps so tasty we truly enjoyed every dish... served 17 meats and fish, and of course a truly nice variety of drinks. My only regret was not taking more pictures as I forgotall about it as the food kept my attention ,serious. Will definitely go back! Read more
