I went there to pickup a door dash order and the worker/cook was outside smoking, he came back in and went straight to the sushi... station without washing his hands or putting on gloves. I smelled the cigarettes on him as he passed by while I wait he’d forthe order. Just disgusting. Read more

Ordered through their online website with my card and the transaction was improperly entered as a recurring payment of... $31.89. I reported it to the bank and I had to cancel the debit card. When I tried to report it to the owner/manager of thisrestaurant, the individuals answering this restaurant's phone said it was a matter for the police, cussed at me and hug up onme. Great food. This is my new go to for sushi. I don’t have anything bad to say. We ordered delivery. The food came earlier than... expected even though the very kind driver had a little trouble finding our house in the dark (not his fault we live in a poorlylit street). The sushi was great. Went to Hokkaido for the first time. We had a party of 7 which included my 3 grandchildren (6, 3, & 18 months). We had a... wonderful meal; everything being fresh and tasty. Our server was quick and gracious and very accommodating with the kids whichincluded the inevitable spilled water glass, shrimp on the floor, and of course some running around. The place is rather smalland we were the only ones dining in so I don't know how the kids would have made out if it had been crowded. We started withedamame, spring rolls, and vegetable gyoza all of which were delicious. The miso soup was very good as well. My daughter and Ihad the sushi regular and my wife got 3 sushi rolls. The kids had the shrimp tempura off of the children's menu. We also had thewarm saki. All very enjoyable! Read more
