I've been a customer of the franchise since the starter location on Morrison Dr, to go only. I've learn to order my wings naked... with the sauce on the side because I like them double fried, extra crispy. (Sauce softens them). I let them know I will sendthen back so.please make sure they're fried hard. I am not a fan of the soft skin at all. Sending them back I don't have aproblem with, but the person at the counter having a problem with me sending then back(because I want my food that I'm payingfor the way I like it) now that I do have a problem with. Came into town for a family visit and remembered the old spot. The wings was crispy the way I like them and the servers was... nice. The best treat of the night was the shrimp quesdilla it was flavorful and alot for the money. Will visit again when I comeback to Charleston. Read more
Service was on point but the food was not right. The flavors of the wings at this location do not match the other locations at... all and its consistently this way everytime I come here. The cooks are not using enough seasoning/sauce compared to otherlocations. Consistency between locations is important if your a chain restaurant. 3 stars till they fix the food. Read more
Food was good hot. Not the best when cold. I would eat there again, but I will try something different chicken sandwich consists... of 2 heavily breaded chicken tenders. Too much bread at once for me, but the flavor was good. Read more
Placed a to go order with a few entrees for me and some coworkers. Usually really enjoy this place but there was hardly any of... their delicious homemade ranch on the Bobby fries. Considering I had to eat them cold because of work, they weren't very goodand I ended up tossing more than half. I didn't get any feedback from the others, but the chocolate peanut butter cake is worththe $5. Read more
Last time I order pick up my order is never right. I asked for no onions and to add mayo to my burger. Then I gave a side note... to add utensils and salt. Who would want this black bean burger with no sauce. Maybe they read it wrong add onions and no mayo.???? Read more
First time trying the quesadilla and it was PERFECT!! Huge portions , great sauces, waitress was very attentive. I had onion... straws appetizer too which was not listed on the menu; I saw a picture on Yelp....make sure to ask the price though. Will returnagain soon! Read more
It's a cool place to hang out but I don't think I can recommend the food here. It's basically a glorified fast food restaurant... and there's literally tons of places to get way better fried chicken in Charleston. Their burgers are decent but they're greasebombs. It's a good place if you want to celebrate happy hour on a weekday, but not really a place I'd be thrilled about eatingat. Read more
