It wasn?t even my order but one I was picking up for someone that placed it online. Got to the store and told them the name I... was picking up. She says we don?t have that order. I show her the order confirmation and that it?s their location. She stillsays they don?t have it. I tell her that it has been paid for and confirmed, they should have it. She just says we don?t andwalks away. I walk to the end of the counter and ask a different employee about the order, reading off the order for him (10donut holes), hoping to get some recognition. He says they don?t even make donut holes. It?s literally on the menu above hishead. I said it?s on the menu online and in store (I?ve literally gone in and bought them before). He just says we don?t makedonut holes and turns away from me. It?s not even my food and I was fuming, because now I?ve wasted time and someone paid forfood that they won?t get. They were just so rude and dismissive, and of course the person I was picking up for was mad but therewas nothing I could do since they wouldn?t even try to help me figure out what was wrong. We visited this location with high expectations as always. Unfortunately we live in South Dakota now, and rarely have the... opportunity to visit KK anymore. The staff here truly made the experience amazing. The WIFI was fantastic, fast, and free! Thedoughnuts and coffee was good as always. The staff was friendly, helpful, and willing to engage in casual conversation. Overall,this was a great experience and is part of the reason we believe KK is the best doughnut franchise on the planet! Myrecommendation to management is keep encouraging the positive atmosphere. I felt like I was respectfully greeted every timesomeone came around. Experiences like this will certainly bring me back! Read more
Staff was super friendly and personable, not just blandly doing their job. And, of course, the doughnuts were fantastic!
Order two dozen glazed on the app. when I picked up they weren't ready and they told me I could only have 1.5 dozen. I said no... problem, but please refund me for the half dozen I already paid for. The lady at the counter looked me in the eye and said Ineed to come back later because the manager was busy. I was in disbelief. I asked if she could just replace it with chocolatecovered which they had plenty of. She said sure. When I got home she had given me just 3 vs the 6 I was owned. I'm sorry but thewhole exchange was absurd. Hire more competent and considerate people please. Read more
I waited 20 minutes in line for two glazed donuts. Apparently you have to order at the donut counter which is fine that is if... someone was working at the counter. Since nobody was at the counter I figured I would give my order to the cashier. The cashiertold me that she can't process my order because she's just doing the cash register. Remember that it's just two donuts. So toget my order I would have to go to the back of the line and order. Terrible customer service! This place is one anddone. Charleston South Carolina Read more
We love this Establishment! It's very clean, they are so friendly and the donuts are melt in your mouth fresh (we always get... them fresh off the conveyor). My hubby has to have his Krispys the morning after we arrive and the morning of departure! Read more
Went to Krispy Kreme ????today the parking lot was packed, inside was packed, and the service was great ????they had plenty of... workers ?????????????????????????? We don't have a KK so we were excited to stop in. Big mistake and we will NOT be back to this location when we are in... Charleston! Probably a dozen employees but not a single 1 on a register. We literally stood at the register for TEN MINUTES asour coffees were getting cold waiting on someone to ring us up. The only saving grace was that my coffee was wrong....not evenwhat I ordered so they had to remake it (how often is a wrong order a saving grace?!).
