I came in today and the restaurant was pretty dead. There was less than 10 guest in the restaurant. According to the check my... waitress was Magdalena. She never introduced herself? Anyway she took my order and I didn?t see her again for about 30-40minutes. At which point she came with cold food in her hands. She then disappeared again. My food was cold after waiting for solong and my drank was empty. She never came to fill my drink or ask about the food. She never came back period. I waited andwaited for her or another waitress to cash out. Finally another waitress noticed me and I told her I wanted to cash out. Shethen went into the other side of the restaurant to find my waitress, whom I assume was playing on her phone or hanging out withpeople. She then comes with the check and asks if my food was good. (She knew it was cold when she brought it to me. She alsonoticed my empty drink glass). I said no and she smiled and walked away. The service I got was non existent. I ordered the samething at the la hacienda in North Charleston about 2 months before I came here today and it was great. The food and service atthis location is awful. If you are going to eat Mexican, do yourself a favor and eat it somewhere else! Read more

Husband and I went here tonight (9/8/21) for an early dinner. The food was good as usual, but the service could have been... better. We had to ask several times for drink refills and the place was not busy so that was not the cause. The problem wasseveral employees were huddled around talking. The manager was obviously not there tonight because for some odd reason there washeavy metal music playing. Normally, there is Mexican music playing. Hearing heavy metal playing takes away from theatmosphere. Also, there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the women's restroom. Instead, there were napkins on the backof the toilet and on the sink. The AC vents need to be cleaned. I included a picture of the vent next to our table. It iscoated in dust. Read more
