Revisited this place after a few months, the service was good. Spring roll also pretty good, thinly sliced pork was a little... dry and served with Hoisin sauce which tasted like out of a bottle. Our entrees with shrimp, scallops and squid both tastedfresh and were very tasty! The basil sauce was perfect and the red curry was rich and delicious although a little spicy. Halohalo a dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, taro ice cream was confusing. The tarp ice cream was good and the vanilla aswell, but underneath it was shaved ice, sweet cream corn, red bean, green bean and coconut strips. Which did not go welltogether. For me spending $8 on a dessert with corn and beans out of can is dissatisfying. Overall, I will come back thedinner was good. Read more

I. Love. This. Place. The veggies are fresh and vibrant and beautiful, left crisp and delicious. I don't think we've ever had a... grisly bit of meat in anything we've ordered, and the portions are generous. The spice levels seem about right, both from thewimpy mild side and the spicy end. My 5yo LOVES their pancit and scarfs it as fast as she can get the noodles to her face. 12tried the lemongrass chicken as his first foray into curry (this one is green) and the entire table was knocked out by howaromatic the dish was the first time it was brought out. I almost knifed him for his bowl--it reminded me of my old favoriteThai place, which closed down 4+ years ago and had yet to be replaced. Tonight, we also got pad see ew, my mom's go-to dish.Once again, delicious, with more veggies than a lot of places use. The staff (and I'm assuming owners and family?) have alwaysbeen incredibly sweet. Aside from being prompt and polite in the usual customer service-y kind of way, if you're hanging out forany length of time, someone with a very Auntie vibe is going to check on you, and chat a bit. She has always been especiallynice to our kids, even though it's a small spot without kids menus or anything like that. It's just a different sort offeeling---very welcoming and warm, just like a perfect bowl of curry. ???? What else can I say? The place is so damn good itgives me feels. Read more

Tiny but awesome. You might miss this spot if you don't look carefully. "A" rating, clean, and when we walked in we were warmly... greeted. The menu has extensive options, so most are likely to find something they like. I ordered the Drunken Thai noodles.SOOO good and fresh. The food arrived super hot with a beautiful presentation. The servers were very nice, efficient, andattentive. If I could have brought this spot back to Georgia, I would have. 10 out of 10. Read more

I just ate here two days in a row because I loved it so much. I had the Ginger Pork, Thai spring rolls, Vietnamese spring rolls,... egg rolls and the chicken pad Thai. The people I was with also ordered pancit noodles, beef stir fry and adobo chicken. All wereabsolutely exceptional, some of the best cuisine I?ve had since moving to Charleston. Would highly recommend! Read more

Excellent! I had calamari as appetizer and seafood red curry as main. Both delicious. Vegetables in the curry were very fresh.... Also tried Thai iced tea which is quite refreshing. Read more

Mei Thai has good food. It?s menu has Thai and Filipino dishes. I got the pork belly Sisig with rice, I loved it. My son got... some variation of a Thai noodle soup dish and lumpia. His dish was large, he ended up taking it home and finishing later. Myonly issue are the soft drinks come in a can so refills can get pricey? especially if I want a Coke with my savory food. MySisig was good, the portion left me wanting more, only because I?m a big eating Filipino myself. I?d like to revisit to get mywife?s take on it. Read more

Spent a lot of time overseas. Food is lacking in taste and authenticity. Pork is a little tough. Servers are awesome!! Also... we ordered from a menu with pork for 6.95. The bill came at 8.95. We asked to see a menu again.. a different menu had ahigher price... Something a little strange here .. total spent for 2 ppl $53.00. Not up to par for the price Read more
