This location is a joke! We have been there 3 times. First time it was way to loud because of some raffle. they had to seat us... right next to the speakers even so it wasn?t full. But the food was good. The last 2 times the waitress didn?t care much. ?Howcan I help? Ok cool bye? It took forever for refills and we didn?t even finish up and got the bill already without being ask ifwe wanted a desert or if we need anything else. We didn?t tip much, because there was no real service given. We probably justdrive to the MT pleasant location, because they know what they are doing. Read more

Oh geez, so I went to this location because it was close to my hotel and had eaten at another location just days before, big... mistake. First walked in and wanted to seat at the bar but told we couldn?t because all the seats were taken by the group ofsmokers outside. Okay so we took a table we got a server that you would have thought was working for a bonus by the way she wasasking all her table to fill out a survey while she helped them fill it out online. We got to place our Pizza order and we wereso excited because we really loved it at the other location we went to. Oh it wasn?t worth the wait. When we question the servershe got the bartender and he explained they don?t do stuff like the Corporate store we first went to, that his location was afranchise store and they don?t do the same things. We ordered the House pizza and meatballs. I liked the red sauce and the toppings were great and fresh. I wasn't excited about... the gluten free crust, it was not hand tossed, dry, hard, super thin and tasteless. Our service was rather slow. We didn't go inat a busy time so wasn't quite certain why that happened. Apps came fairly quickly, but our pizzas took forever. When the couplewe were with got served we were informed us that ours had melted in the oven and they had to remake it. ??????? So... we waitedagain the normal amount of time, that it takes them to make a 10" pizza. When ours finally arrived, the couple we were with hadalready completed their dinner and we're ready for the bill. Not the greatest experience for our first time there, but I getthings happen...
