One of my favorite places to eat especially this location. Never a disappointment

We go to O'Charley's every Friday. The front house staff is always very nice. Our favorite server is Haley. She is the best. She... always remembers what we usually order, and how we like it (rare, med, etc, no tomatoes, extra ranch, etc) and what we want todrink. She always lets us know when they have new items that we should try. She's the BEST! Read more

The food was pretty good here. I just wished we had a little more attention to our drinks. They sat empty a few times. Overall... the food was good. The famous chicken tenders had too much fat and not enough meat on them but the brownie for two made up forit. Read more

The hostess seated us immediately upon entering. Our waitress came to us in less than one minute. She obtained our beverage... order quickly exactly the wY we asked. Then brought us our menu orders exactly with the steaks exactly as requested. So therestaurant service was superb with the only drawback being noisy children seated nearby that detracted from a fabulous lunch. Read more

My mistake. Should have known better so I will take half the blame. Ordered chicken fingers and fries to go. Wanted something... simple for a quick bite to eat. I arrived on time to pick up my order and live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. When I gothome found the fries to be completely soggy. The side of ranch container not filled all the way. Chicken tenders were tiny insize reminded me of a kids meal and they were so over cooked I had a hard time chewing them. Threw the majority of the food inthe trash. When will I learn! Read more

Based on service alone I would give 5 stars. Our server Jessica was super attentive and accommodating! When the soup I ordered... was too salty, she didn't even blink when I asked to change my order. The food was fine, nothing spectacular. The promptness andquality of service is what would make me return! Read more

We visited this O'Charley's while on vacation after a very long day of driving. Mike was our server and he made our night. We... had such a nice experience that we made sure to visit again before we left. Mike served us again and even though it was a verybusy night, we enjoyed our visit again. The restaurant was convienient,, clean, and the staff attentive. The food was wonderfuland the price was even better. Thank you Mike, we had a great time. Read more
