My Family has dined here for years and We absolutely LOVE this restaurant!!! There is a vegetarian in the family and this place... makes her happy, as well. Every meal We have loved ????. The Owner and his Wife are the Sweetest!!! They will speak to you asyou enter and exit!! The Staff is amazing, as well. Eating in is so relaxing, but they do to-go meals. I had lunch here and ordered the beef and lamb gyros with a Greek salad and side of Greek potatoes. The gyro was excellent! The... meat was perfectly seasoned. There was a nice balance of onions and tomatoes. The tzatziki sauce was very nice. I actually hadto eat half of the meat out of the sandwich before I could even fold it! The salad was fine ... Nothing to write home about,but it had very nice cheese and olives. The potatoes were actually a very large side. It was basically potato halves in a tomatobased sauce which tasted almost Italian. Overall this was a huge lunch! You get your money's worth in food, the quality isgood. The restaurant itself is modest. If you are looking for posh, there are plenty of other choices in Charleston. But if youare looking for a very nice Greek meal and a friendly, engaging staff, try Olympik! Read more

Lots of choices, Greek Specialities, at this family diner serving Charleston 27+ years. I appreciated my server, a young man who... could answer all my questions. The food at Olympik is great, I tried it for the first time the other day, and then decided to make a to go order for the whole... family for dinner the next day. The Gyro is great and the portions are big. For sides I recommend the zucchini medley, friedokra, or grilled broccoli. I was not impressed with the calamari but it could just be that I took it to go and it wasn't pipinghot when I got home. The atmosphere is nice, with instrumental pop songs playing in the background.
