The food was pretty good as Panera always is, but they were out of several items so we had to pick something different. There... was a super long line (to the door) and it took about 10 minutes to get to the front to place our order. The poor woman at thecounter seemed to be doing everything alone (taking orders, filling orders, answering the phone, etc.) The food was ready prettyquickly after ordering. We went on a Saturday at 11:30. Read more

Good Panera bread location. Generally well staffed with quick service. This location gets pretty busy during lunch time so not... the most ideal for work meetings. Good, clean resturant otherwise. Read more

I?m giving this location 3 stars not because of bad service but because I ordered a smoothie and it took 35 minutes. The manager... was extremely nice and gave all waiting customers free cookies and drinks but he only had 2 workers at prime time. He did agreat job but if you want fast food, this location probably isn?t for you. Read more

I placed my order at 5:59 with an estimated pick up time of 6:09. I was there at 6:11, but my food wasn?t handed to me until... closer to 6:30. Just so happens my order was ready- placed behind the ?rapid pickup counter? where it sat until I had to ask forit. I understand everyone is short staffed but if the counter person/cashier doesn?t have guests and repetitively makes eyecontact with someone obviously in need of an order for 20+ minutes, they should take initiative and see if they can help.Unfortunately, I had a sleeping (sick) child in my vehicle for the duration who just wanted some hot soup so I couldn?t check myorder right then and there. Thankfully, she was the only one to get good food- hot food! Sandwiches (toasted beef/grilledcheese) were cold and very soggy, salad was also warm from being on the soup. Charging outrageous prices should at leastguarantee some level of expectation when it comes to food quality/service. Read more

Panera Bread...it's in the name...bread. Once a place teaming with pastries galore, well, you see what was available on my last... visit. And by last visit, I mean my absolute last visit. So I decided to order food...a simple soup bread bowl and chickensalad. What I received was the smallest bread possible to be used as a bowl and soup, which was decent, that didn't even fillhalf of it. As for the chicken salad, once I opened the container I was excited to see it full, until I pulled off all of thegarnish and was left with only a few table spoons of chicken salad. What was the response of the staff...portion control...it'sall about portion control. And when my daughter received an outdated yogurt, we returned it just to have the staff go back tothe fridge to retrieve a fresh newly expired one and gave it to my daughter. Definitely not worth the price I paid and mostassuredly not worth my time. My experience is just for the International Blvd location in North Charleston...I can't speak onany other location...yet. The food was great. I could tell that they had a short of staff but the young lady Ty'Lim was so sweet.

Employees here are doing a good job and the space is accommodating. On the other hand, it?s truly ?slim pickings? for vegan... dining: it?s such a pity because compassionate cuisine need not be expensive, nor intricate?. Read more

Decided to try their curbside pick up, and I was definitely disappointed. The cheese pizza was sold out, so we got the 4 cheese... pizza with garlic cream sauce. I also got their pepperoni pizza and the cheese just looked really weird, and it wasn?t cut. Bothwere disgusting, but I wanted to give it a try. I ordered my usual vanilla cinnamon roll, and it was burnt. I ordered an almost$3 large drink and didn?t notice how much ice was in it until I got home :( next time I will definitely have to ask for no ice. It?s summer time, and we need to hydrate :) (employee was nice that brought my items to the car) Read more
