Good experience usually except one day it took two hours to get our pizza. Order pizza early on game day.
Never will order from this location again. Placed an order through the app, got charged but never received confirmation of the... order. Husband arrived to pick up and told they did not have the order. Replaced the order with an estimated 10-20 min wait. 20min later still no pizza. He waited another 20 min and then received the wrong order but was tired of waiting and starving so hejust left with it. Read more
This store has definitely gone downhill. I went to pick up an order I created online. The guy at the front was on the phone and... kept his head down and didn't greet anyone. Then a guy a who was making pizzas came to the front and instead of greeting anyonehe proceeds to walk to the drink machine and grabs a drink and opens it. Turns around and walks in the back while drinking it. Afemale employee walks up to the front and starts talking to the guy on the phone (again, without acknowleding anyone). She thenwalks off. The guy on the phone gets puts the phone down and starts talking to the other employees. When he finishes talking hetold me he would be right with me (about 7 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone). The whole time, I can see my orderwaiting to be handed to me. Two more employees walk out the back, an older lady and a younger guy. They younger guy startsmaking what seems to be a personal pizza for himself. The lady starts grabbing boxes and placing them behind the register. Theemployees walk around without greeting anyone or saying anything. Finally, the guy gets off the phone and asks the name for theorder. He grabs my order and passes it to me. While waiting I noticed pizza boxes standing edge down on the floor. This is veryunsanitary. There was a fly landing on the pans and the employees didn't bother to swat at it or anything. They just grabbed thepan (the fly would then fly away) and put the crust on without a care. The only reason we went here is because my wife lovesPapa Johns. After that experience we will not eat here anymore. I will continue with Dominos where the pizza is cheaper, peopleare friendlier, and faster. Attached is the photo of the pizza boxes on the floor which is very unsanitary. Read more
Ordered their 3 topping large pizza (i upgraded to stuffed crust for an extra $) and 2 20oz soda deal and got a large pepperoni... pizza, regular crust with the world's flatest bread sticks and a 2 liter that wasn't the flavor I ordered. No help from theresturant when I called. I wasn't even upset until the guy I was speaking to told me "so what's the big deal?" For me, It's notthat "I got more than I ordered for less" its that I waited over an hour for an order that wasn't even mine. So whoevers meal Igot i am so terribly sorry but I hope whoever got mine enjoyed it at least. I really wish they would put a dominos or littleCesar's closer. Read more
The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. Ordering online for pick up or... delivery has been easy and they always answer the phone. Read more
Placed a pickup order. Recieved notification my pizzas were in the oven. Waited 10 minutes. Drove 10 minutes. Employee explains... that only 1 of my 3 pizzas were in oven. Asked to wait 15. Waited 20. Pizzas still not in oven. But were being madethen.(right)...Left without paying or the pizzas Read more
Pizza and breadsticks were great! Pickup order said it would take about 59 min to be ready but it was done in about 20-25... min. Super friendly staff and over all a great experience! Will definitely come back. Read more
The food was good. However the customer service was HORRIBLE. I ordered extra ranch and seasonings. I realized when I got out to... my car that I had none. I walked back in and the woman. Said "yeah" with and attitude. I told her I didn't receive any of myextras and again. With an attitude she said yea you did they are in the boxes. I told her I already checked them and there wasnothing in there. She rudely asked what I was missing and I told her the ranch and seasonings. She rolled her eyes and walkedaway. When she handed me the bag it was like I inconvenienced her whole day. Do better people ???? ????. If you don't like yourjob then find a new one. I will NEVER go back to that papa John's and I love papa John's. Sad really!! Read more
