I visited today around 3pm. Not busy at all. Very good bowls. Fruit smoothy, gelato type bowls. You can pick from a good menu.... It's divided by wellness, endurance , destination, local favs and kids. You can make them vegan, dairy or gluten free. Just ask!I had the greens guru bowl. It tasted lemony and is loaded with healthy stuff! It felt like I was eating a gelato dessert. Orderahead is available through QR code. It's located on the bottom level of Westedge, near the Citadel. Parking isn't the best. Youcan park down the hill in the dirt lot below. There is a staircase up to the road. Street parking is usually full. Read more

I really loved Rush Bowls. They freeze their fruit at the source so that it remains fresh forever. The owner and employees are... incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. It?s clean and the portions are huge! Typically I drink a smoothie from somewhereelse and immediately feel hungry. At Rush Bowls you will need to skip your next meal because they are so great!
