The young lady working tonight was beyond rude. Deep sighs and yelling Hello while trying to make our order. I order cookies... dough bites Al a mode as shown on the menu. She said what is that followed by a deep sigh. I spoke to her Manager. Which did notmake a difference. I heard her take several other orders with the same attitude. I will not be returning if this is how you?retreated when you?re trying to enjoy a treat with your family on a Saturday night. I will be taking my business else where. Iwill be contacting corporate. Bottom bun of burger had mold on it! Wife started eating it on the way home but said it was cold, so she would heat in in the... microwave. She noticed the mold when she took it out of the wrapper to pop it in after having already taken a few bites of it.Check you food for mold from this place! Read more
I?ve been going to this location here and there for ice cream since moving to JI and it has been consecutively getting worse and... worse in customer service, food quality, and speed of service. Just this evening I was placing an order in the drive thru for 3items and the girl misunderstood me so I was correcting her as she asked me to, then she proceeded to cop an attitude and wasincredibly rude. Anyone who deals with customers does not need to speak to another that way and it took everything in me not torespond in the same manner. My main saving grace was having my children in the car with me. Figure it out sonic, get your staffin line with the values you claim to have or put them in a non customer role. This instance combined with previous events arethe reason I will no longer go to Sonic? so disappointing. Read more
Picked up 2 Reese's Peanut butter shakes and very dissatisfied. Neither one had any Reese's Peanut butter pieces like they... always did and like it shows on the menu. No whipped topping at all. This has always been our only go to place for Shakes andburgers but may have to rethink. Read more
It's fast food, good for getting kids ice cream. As a foodie, it's difficult to rate fast food places beyond 3 stars. You get... what you pay for in terms of food quality, ingredient types, freshness of food versus what you pay for. Service is good, nocomplaints, no issue with what we ordered. Whatever you do, don't eat here if you are "watching what you eat" or on dietaryrestrictions. Read more
Usually Sonic food is fresh but tonight's visit was not good. The tater tots were stuck together in a lump along with a few... fries. The grilled cheese was burnt and had no butter on the bread as a usual grilled cheese does. Sorry J.I. not a good efforttonight Read more
