This Starbucks is NEVER properly stocked!! They run out of items like caramel every other week and they don?t carry products... they advertise like the Impossible Breakfast sandwich. They also don?t scan the rewards card in your Starbucks app AND you can?torder ahead so there?s no way to gain any stars. Read more

Every time I've gone here, they are out of something (no large cups for a long time). This time, after ordering there was a... machine problem so the barista was unable to make my drink. He offered a refund, in the form of a Target card (not the cash Ipaid). Thankfully, it's a Target card since I will never return to this location. Read more
I recently visited this Starbucks inside of target. My drink was handed to me overflowing. I spent ten minutes inside of the... starbucks cleaning up my cup. This could've easily been prevented by the barista just pouring out some of the liquid beforehanding it to me. There was only one person working and I understand that can be tough, but it is no excuse for bad service. Read more
01-06-2021. I would not recommend anyone going to this Starbucks. I was there with my husband today getting drinks and there... where two roaches on the counter. My husband swooped the live one off the counter and killed it for me, and I let the ladybehind the counter know and see the dead one on the counter and she just shrugged and said ?they?ll have to call pest controlout again this week? she didn?t even wipe the counter off with a rag but continued to make drinks and food with dead bugs on thecounter. It was absolutely disgusting and I couldn?t even drink my drink after it I ended up throwing it away because I justcouldn?t. Read more
Worst starbucks I?ve ever gone to. Constantly slow and dirty. The baristas don?t know how to do their job. I was a partner in... seattle and I look at them make my drinks. Every step they did was incorrect and my drinks tasted terrible. This location needsnew management that can provide correct training and keep the employees in check. The Milks are left on the counter constantlywhich makes them warm and ruins all consistency. The whip creams still have the chargers attached and are also left out of thefridge. The tea pitchers are made incorrectly which makes it watered down because employees are lazy and don?t fill with ice therest of the way, they fill with water to the line. The employees all look like they hate their job. Some are rude, nobodysmiles. The employees have shorts hanging off their bottoms showing their underwear and they make your drink while constantlypulling their pants up. Counters are filthy! Terrible all around! Second time in a week that the Starbucks is closed over 15 minutes earlier than 9pm. Today I was standing at Starbucks at 8:35... until 8:50 with no one there. And when I go to shop without my Starbucks I see the worker roaming the store. With her hatbackwards and wearing a pink sweater. This Starbucks needs to get their employees in line. Read more
