Very rude and disrespectful staff, I am not here for vacation Im here because my daughter was transferred to MUSC and I?ve been... here for almost a week. I come for a coffee almost everyday and they have not changed their attitude. It?s quite sad because this is an area where families come and it?s surrounded by hospitals. I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They had a comfortable place to sit and charge my cell.
Extremely rude staff and lots of attitude that doesn't match the cost of coffee that tastes different every time you place an... order ( for same type of drink). Baristas are laughing between themselves, chit-chat and don't even bother to be courteous andpleasant. Read more

Won't be going here again. Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff was not paying attention at all. When their friends would approach,... they'd stop making my drink and make their friends' drinks. Finally, they filled my cup up too much of hot tea, and handed methe cup in such a poor fashion that made spilling inevitable. Burning hot tea spilled all over my hand and over a lady'simportant documents. It hurt, very much. But the whole time the barista just looked content, she didn't even react (literallyjust stood there) or tell me where the napkins were. I've never seen such staff before in any company. Read more
Worst starbucks coffee I've ever had! Tastes like there is no coffee in this latte. The milk was not whipped properly and... instead of espresso shot there is just some dirt water added. So sad! Read more
