This location always has friendly staff and is quick in processing your order. It isn't the easiest location to get in and out... of, however, but I'm thankful for it since it's the closest to my work and home :) Read more
The customer service was horrible. I just wanted to buy a mug, but when I asked if I could pay for it, the person working said... she?d get to me after she finished what she was doing. I waited for a while (my husband checked out our groceries and came towait with me). She was standing and waiting for the microwave to stop. Seriously?!? There was plenty of time to just ring up mypurchase. Very lacking in manners and courtesy. She treated the person in front of me the same way. Needless to say, I leftwithout purchasing the mug. Always the place to go for great coffee. Not saying that they are nowhere near the cheapest ot that nobody else can't make it... just as good. When you need that morning fix. They sure can make you a cup of something that will give it to ya. Read more
