The subs at the subway in Citadel Mall are the best from any subway around. The veggies are always fresh and the people are... always happy to see you. I pass 2 subways to go to this one. Read more

Prices were a bit high, but sandwich was still good. Rap music was not tasteful.

Came in for a sub around 5:45 on a Thursday afternoon. Not a single person in the restaurant except the employee I could see in... the mirror sitting at the back desk looking a social media on his cell phone. Stood there about 5 minutes and then left. Read more

It's Okay Every time we've been here, we've had staff who seem to really want to be anywhere else but work. Food is fine, but... the "I don't care" attitude of the staff stinks. Read more

In the 15 seconds I experienced at this establishment, I realized that I would never set foot here ever again. If Google... allowed 0 STARS, I would have rated it as such. I show up to this store at 5:50 p.m., holding my daughter, expecting to get acouple quick sandwiches. (And yes, I do realize this is 10 minutes before posted closing time) Before I can even get to thecounter, I immediately get turned around by the employee as she is informing me, "We're closed". I politely inquired "Is it 6o'clock yet?", as this is the posted closing time for this particular SUBWAY, and the mall in which it resides. The employee'sreply was, "I'm closing up 10 minutes early." It was that moment I realized that I will never have anything to do with thatestablishment ever again. It was not posted on their main entrance or window that their hours were from "X:00 a.m. - 5:50 p.m"for the current date. Further more, after the attendee had locked the door behind me, she allowed either a non-uniformedemployee, or a non-employee in the locked store, and behind the food counter. Absolute horrible customer service in 15 secondsof experience, and cannot verify adequate sanitation of the establishment because of the presence of non-employees ornon-uniformed employees behind the food counter after posted closing time.
