The service is almost always awful they seem to be mad that they are there..(not the older cook)..no welcome and was charged for... food that they didn't have ..we waited 15 min to make a to go order while the young lady took orders that came in after we did..explaining that I wanted a refund cause I payed for lettuce tomato and bacon but they were out the short white cook said "go tothe store and get it yourself"..at this point we still had to wait for a manager..so we just took the food and left... This was the worst waffle House experience I've ever had. Wasn't violent or anything like that. Just the person who was taking... my order was callous with an ugly attitude because I questioned the charge. Before going in there I tried to order it on mine.My order came to $12.60 after tax. Since their ordering online system was down she had to manually enter everything in. I didadd one egg more to the order but the total she came up with was $17 so I questioned her like hey was that one egg $4 more andshe goes on a tangent just because I questioned her. Asking me OH YOU CAN'T AFFORD IT. That's a very disrespectful thing to sayand the amount I was going to tip was more than the overcharge. I can't say I understand their system and their prices aren'tlisted on the menu as they should. I just know I was paying about $5 more than everywhere else that I ordered the same thing. Read more
this lady that was cleaning tables acted like she owned the place. moved me to a back chair while waiting on my takeout at the... bar in an empty restaurant. maybe thinking I may make a stain waiting on my food? well she didn't care about the $5 tip on a $10bill to the really nice server on duty that took my order and was respectful, didn't mind me sitting there... In town and stopped here for breakfast. Two stars only because I think the waitress was trying hard, despite failing to hit the... target. We ended up missing 3 items off our order and I just had them nixed off instead of waiting since the rest of the ordertook so long. The food staggered in, and each of the 4 of us from my table ate and finished individually before the next itemarrived for the next person. The food that did arrive wasn't the quality I expected, which still wasn't unreasonable. Overeasy was solid scrambled and brown, and so on. I probably won't have a reason to be back, but I hope I just came on a bad dayor something. Read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in a Waffle House and love the Waffle House and been coming for years!... Tables opened up and the waitress refused to sit us and my friend Who is handicapped and was sitting at the table was stillforced to move because the table was dirty, we said we didn?t mind until the table was clean because my friend had a bad backand was in pain but the waitress still insisted we move. This review is only 5 stars because of the chef that works here. Just ask for E, cuz he serve everyone perfect-LY!! I watched... this dude crush 12 different orders, while his waitresses called out other orders. He didn?t miss a beat, all off memory. Wewalked in while it was busy and no where to sit. He spoke us immediately and asked our order within a couple of minutes. Bestservice I?ve ever seen! Read more
This was my wife's first Waffle House experience and it was great, typical waffle house fare, with one of the best chefs in the... biz and friendly service. A smooth running machine by a team who know how to work perfectly with eachother. Read more
