Not too happy about the execution tonight, I asked if it was possible to get fries with seasoning on the side and was told yes,... my girlfriend is allergic to a certain spice the seasoning has and we always share the fries since zaxbys does, give goodportions. Luckily im a chef and know the ins and outs of a kitchen, before she went for her first fry I stopped her and checkedthem out, luckily for her I realized these werent unseasoned fries but they were fries previously seasoned just redropped intothe deepfryer thinking itll knock the season off. Consistently wrong order. They never remember the dipping sauce they charge you for. This place has not used the seasoning on... the fries in over a year. Though the company stopped doing. Turned out it was just the location cutting even more corners. Read more

Staff needs training. 5 people were behind the counter and/or kitchen area. Two were working while the other three were... looking at phones. Service was horrible. Everyone there waited an extraordinary long time for good. Tables were not wiped offand the restrooms were some of the nastiest I?ve seen. Zaxbys does not respond to online contact request submissions. After unsuccessfully messaging Zaxbys numerous times I?m being... forced to post this review. This location has always been hit or miss as far as quality but this review is strictly due to lackof communication. I placed an order online New Year?s Eve. No big deal except they were closed. I was charged for the order andfigured I could reach out and get a refund or credit. When I?ve called the phone just rings. When i try to go inside the doorsare locked. When I send multiple messages on the app and website there?s never a single returned message. It wasn?t a hugeamount of money ($22) but the fact that they won?t offer a refund or even a gift card when they know they weren?t open is beyondmy understanding. I love Zaxby's. Hands down some of the best chicken fast food restaurants ever. If I ever am in the south, I check out Zaxby's... because I love it so much. Ordered the 3 Nibblerz Meal with extra zax sauce and BBQ. All of it was so good. Wish they wouldcome to the Midwest. This location was so kind too since they gave me extra zax sauce and bbq.
