One of the best meals I have had in my life.
The Barge should be listed as an event space in Charleston because it is definitely the best place in town to hold a party! We... hosted our rehearsal dinner bbq for our wedding here on a Friday night in October. Marshall and his staff were easy-going andcommunicative throughout the party planning process. They allowed our party of 80 to rent out the bottom restaurant and gave usthe freedom to choose our food & drink options and bring a DJ in at the last minute. Their food was amazing and so well executedbuffet-style - they cooked up pulled pork sliders, fish tacos, smoked chicken wings and all the southern sides you can think of!Our guests had an amazing time enjoying the sunset on the river, so much of a good time that we were able to extend our partylater on into the evening than originally planned. Thanks to Marshall and the Barge staff for being so accommodating and makingthe kickoff to our wedding weekend delicious and fun!
