So I ordered a 16 piece family meal and a 12 piece family meal paid $81 and some odd change no big got a large family to feed. I... live 45 minutes away but it is my closest KFC my problem was when I got home I was missing a large side 14 biscuits and mydipping sauces. I tried to call to no avail. So drove 45 minutes back. Still kinda mad that going back down the road count thebiscuits only got 10. The dipping sauce wasn't the one I wanted that they didn't bother to tell me originally they didn't havebecause the truck didn't run. So craptastic end to my day. Read more
Rude lady at the drive through. Gave us dirty looks. wasn?t pleasant at all. NO STRAWS NO NAPKINS GAVE US DIET PEPSI. DID NOT... ORDER DIET. Was literally nobody there in the drive thru or parking lot i don?t understand. Read more

Worst experience at a KFC ever!! Was ignored at the counter forever while there was even an elderly gentleman in front of me.... Finally an employee supposedly named ?Raymond? blatantly ignored everyone waiting and did it in an antagonizing way. The wait time has gotten better here, but you need to check your bag before you drive off. I and seven other people that I know... of, have gotten wrong or things left out of their orders. The management is good for fixing the order, but it's not a goodfeeling to spend 25 to thirty minutes on the road; trying to get what you paid for. Read more
Very fast service. Was on lunch from work, so very much appreciated. The first time I had the spicy Chicken Sandwich was in a... different store. Was very thick and tender and was spicy.
