I can never reach them by phone. When I arrived, they appeared to be closed. Once I entered, 4 people come from the back and... started bustling around like they were extremely busy. The guy who took my order said the phones haven't worked right since thefire across the street....that happened about a month ago. Every time there's some excuse for the phones. The only saving graceis that he gave us some free stuff. But I didn't want free stuff, I just want them to answer their phone so I can place anorder. Read more

This place is a joke. I called them several times to place and order and they would not pick up the phone. I went to the store... to place my order and called the store while I was in there to see why nobody wants answering and they turned the volume off onthe phones to avoid call in orders. Staff is also rude and maid me wait 10 min until Someone came to take my order. Read more

The woman working the cash register is nice and friendly. I loved to come back there more often. But sadly I don't make enough... money to keep coming back. Read more

Avoid this location. What else can one say about a business that has the worst customer service in the Kanawha Valley, maybe in... WV? You place an order and the employee gets it wrong, they know it is wrong, no effort is made to correct it, despite the factyou have been standing there for a very long time. You watch others come and go but no, you are still there. You end up leavingafter getting a refund and no one apologizes or can even make eye contact with you. This is entirely the fault of theSupervisor/Manager who failed in every respect to take care of a paying customer, knowing the order was for an Autistic person(their favorite pizza). Their indifference to the situation was shameful and unprofessional. Repeatedly blaming the folks "inthe back" instead of taking responsibility and delivering, you know, what adults do, reflects poorly on the restaurant chain asa whole. I hope this gives pause to everyone who reads this, especially parents of special needs children. Buy a slice anywherebut here. #anywherebutlittleceasers Read more

Always fantastic, this one in KC is consistently great. I love it, it's my go to. My kids have even asked for it over the other... local pizza joints. Read more
