Normally I would not post negative comments unless I felt it was an ongoing issue. I don't blame the staff necessarily as it was... obviously understaffed at the moment I arrived. With that said, once I placed my order it was 14 minutes before it was ready. Atthe time there were only 2 people in front of me. The man directly in front of me was very displeased and vocal about his wait.He said that this is a common and normally why he doesn't eat here often. When I went to the drink fountain there was anabundance of gnats swarming around the machines. On top of that the entire lobby area was dirty to include tables, chairs andthe floor. When my food finally arrived the burger was luke warm and 2/3 of the fries were soggy and undercooked. The visit wasvery disappointing and I'm unlikely to return anytime soon if ever. Read more
I go to the same McDonald?s every other day and today 9/20/22 I go in like I always do had my money in hand and the guy rang the... customer up in front of me and then goes off doing everything else and I had to wait 15min to get rang up I know the guy seen meI had 20 dollars in my hand I guess I?ll stop at McDonald?s in Ripley Wv at the truck stop I?ve never waited that long beforeand the guy came back up front 3 times while I was standing there and he was rude when he did ring me up didn?t say sorry forthe wait or nothing Read more

Slow service drive through backed up decided to go inside. Kiosk don't offer cheeseburger happy meals had to 7 minutes for... someone to come take my order. The 15 to just get a cheeseburger happy meal. Read more
It's pretty fast but the food is terrible and the this mornings breakfast was terrible. I got the sausage egg n cheese mcgriddle... for my fiance and I and the sausage tasted like spoiled fish. I would definitely recommend you eat at Arby's right beside of it.And they're very rude Read more
Probably the most disgusting place I've ever eaten at. The manager was rude the the dining room was dirty and disgusting nobody... knows how to clean up after themselves the staff was low class. I love mdonalds, but the only issue is every time i come through I ask for extra pickles on my sandwich and only ever get one.... The people are nice, but they don?t care what you order. You?re gonna get what they give you regardless. Read more
The latest visits to the store are nice. Food is hot and good. Pricing is a bit up but that's everywhere anymore.
