The store manager Angela speaks to her employees something awful. To say she lacks people skills is understatement. The store is... barely staffed and service suffers because of it. man at drive through literally got mad at me for ordering too fast? the two things i was ordering definitely wasn?t rocket... science. i know everyone has bad days and i rarely complain about anything ever but this just rubbed me the wrong way. What I have repeatedly referred to as the worst McDonalds ever...rarely is my order correct, they are often without ice for the... drinks, and the wait times are excessive. Customer service is virtually non-existent and the employees are often rude anddismissive...and occasionally hostile. Read more
Consistently the worst McDonald's ever. The drive thru is nothing short of a complete embarrassment. DONOT order fries you get... half an order of fries with 10 packs of ketchup I ordered fries not ketchup DONOT EVER order a Quarter Pounder Deluxe you willNEVER get one. Just stopped at the location for a large coffee and a restroom visit. There was no toilet paper in the restroom and when the... girl handed me my large coffee, the cup didn't feel hot or warm. I took a sip and told her the coffee wasn't hot and she askedme "oh, you wanted hot coffee?" I replied, "I didn't know that lukewarm coffee was an option." We are living in an age ofidiocy. Read more
Sat for almost 15 minutes after we ordered and there was no communication and I could see the guy eating at the window and... wasn?t wearing a McDonald?s shirt. They didn?t give us our full order, they told us they can do a McFlurry and we never got it.We had someone spill their drink and we asked for another and they completely ignored us. Read more
