Very quick and polite services the food could have been prepared a little better but was still good
Got told to hurry up as soon as I pulled up to drive through. Guy taking the ordered wouldn't kept yelling to hurry up, hurry... up, when we finally got the other it was wrong of course bc he wouldn't listen or wouldn't care. At the window i asked for morepickles which should have been on original order , and he literally slammed the window in my face. This place needs to be shutdown and joke team members fired. This place is a joke and i am sorry i wasted my money and will be posting the videos online.Don't go here! Read more
Chicken was very dry and inedible without sauce, which was worse because they forgot my sauce that I paid extra for. The manager... was rude and didn't care, the only solution was to give me extra sauce next time. Read more
Food tasted like the oil needed changed in the fryer. Last time I went there I went to the walk up window around 11:30am I... waited for a good while and no one showed up to take my order. I saw people in the back but no one came. Seen a lady in thedrive through was waiting at the speaker then just drove off. I guess no one took her order either. Food and service use to begreat but it has went downhill. Hope it bounces back. Ok update...went there today and ordered a #3. It was busy but I got myfood fairly quick and I tell ya...it was probably the best burger and sweet tea I've ever gotten from there. I really like their french fries if they're hot they're manager Arnold he's a really good guy he is always there working and... making sure they get the food right overall I recommend the hot dogs with chili and onions I love those they have a great dealon them and they taste great so if you ever want a good hot dog with chili and onions on it go to O'Reilly's or Checkers andnatural or in Charleston and say hi to Arnold Read more
