Customer service by all but one employee was willing to be helpful. However, one treated us as though we came in as a bother... instead of a paying customer trying to give money to their store for a purchase. Glad we are just passing through. Read more

Been craving a refresher,so I made a quick stop,placed my order,got up to the window and decided that I wanted a bigger... size,Well,they didn't like that none to well,but,what did they do,they took the cup already made,pore's it into a bigger cup andstarts pouring lemonade. This place had friendly staff and good drinks. My daughter always likes their cake pops. The wait is very long, but this... location seems understaffed, so I can't blame them. My last drink was a bit water down, but all in all, it's a good place. Read more

Absolute worst Starbucks experience ever. First- we waited in drive thru for literally 45 minutes and there were only about 7... cars ahead of us. We?ve waited in lines that length at other Starbucks locations and it?s never that long of a wait. This wasnuts. While we were waiting my 3 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom. My husband stayed in the car- I went inside withher, the bathrooms were disgusting!!!! There were 5 people working and no one in line inside. We went back out- my husband hadmoved up one spot. Finally got our drinks and headed out to do some shopping. Tasted my drink when we got to the store- it waswrong. Way wrong. So after that store we went back, I ran inside expecting an easy fix. My husband asked me to also order him anitro. Waited patiently. Got up there- the lady was immediately rude. Then said they would fix my drink right away but it wouldbe ?a pretty long wait? for the nitro. I was definitely not happy about that- I had already waited and they made my drink wrong.Had to come back and inside. No reason the nitro couldn?t also be done quickly- it?s literally just poured from a tap. She saidthere was ?absolutely no way? she could do that because of other customers waiting. Her whole attitude was awful. I asked for amanager. She?s the manager. The whole store was a wreck- boxes everywhere, dirty bathrooms, employees just standing around.Overall horrible experience. It?s usually good peoples usually nice but today my drink looked extremely dark and it kind of taste like chocolate milk and... it?s supposed to have espresso and four pumps of vanilla and when I asked if they put the vanilla in it she said I don?t knowand that?s probably a bad answer to say to your customer then I said where is my little receipt for the side of the cup and shesaid I can?t find my little stickers so that let me know she?s definitely the one that made my drink but didn?t know if therewas vanilla in it and it?s very very dark and it has not even a coffee taste in it today pretty upset upset. I am usually a huge fan of this Starbucks, but this order did not impress me. If I order a grande or venti, I expect my cup to... be full. It is too expensive not to be. The new Brown Sugar Oatmilk drink is delicious when it is in stick. I have no cluewhat is going on with this Starbucks but they have been unexpectedly slow and they made my drink wrong. I ordered a caramelmaccioto which is suppose to be warm, but it was a drink over ice. Unfortunately I was in too much of a rush to sit in the linefor another 20 minutes for them to fix it. My guess is they must have a lot of new employees and they need a lot more training. Read more
