One of the employee said the wait time (for them to take order) is at least 30 mins to disperse the line forming by the counter.... I placed an order through the app anyways to check if that was true. My drinks were ready within 10 mins. Moral of the story,place order through the app or they will refuse to take your order in person. Read more
I've been in a Starbucks once at the Town Center Mall about 15+ years ago. I bought one bottled water which was WAY overpriced... but I was very parched. Every time I go past the new Starbucks on the Boulevard the cars are lined up clear out of the parkinglot & sometimes into the street. Clearly atleast a 30-45 min wait before you can even speak your order into to that immutableblack box. It always makes me laugh & smh in wonder...all for coffee? It's JUST COFFEE folks!! Read more
This Starbucks is a conveniently located kiosk inside the Charleston Town Center, which used to be a bustling place, but is not... so much anymore. Parking is not very easy, and it's a bit of a walk to the kiosk if you don't have business inside the mallalready. However, the service was fast, and unlike many kiosks, this one takes mobile orders from the app. Read more
Friendly staff and clean facility but the internet is very slow almost unuseable!
