Jesus? The past three times I?ve been here, I have waited longer than 20 minutes to even order! This crew can?t handle more than... one order at a time. Got here in the drive through at 1211 pm and it?s now 1230 pm. I?m sitting at the speaker and there wasonly one car in front of me. Still, not a single person has got on this speaker to greet me or take an order. Inside had fourpeople total. Third times a charm. I won?t ever come to this one again. Read more

Multiple times i came to this drive through waiting 5 minutes and no one there to take order.
The guy making my sandwich was talking to someone on the phone through an earpiece the entire time and had to ask me five... different times what I wanted on it and even tried putting tomatoes on it when I never even mentioned the word. 36th andMcCorkle Ave. Worst customer service ever! The Subway at 3516 McCorkle Avenue, Charleston (Kanawha City) WV is allowing homeless to come in with their own cups and get... drinks from the soda machine. Very unsanitary considering we don't know where these cups have been. I watched one place his cupright up to the nozzle, very disgusting. One particular employee was giving 3 of them free food. I'm not sure how the owner ismaking any money if free food is going out the door. Read more
