5 stars is for the employees at this location. Usually only 2 working. Sometimes only 1 when I've been in there. Working the... counter, drive through, and online orders. But somehow still get it done. They deserve a nice raise or something to show they'redoing great. And the "outlaw" sub was awesome as always. Keep it up guys Read more

They refused to let my 6 year old daughter use the bathroom. Rose was very rude and talking about "junkies" in front of my 6... year old. Anorhee lady said I can have the key to the bathroom and rose said no she can't have it. Im pretty sure the rules areIf you are in a restaurant you have to have somewhere to wash your hands. Actually yesterday I visited 2. First was the one at Wal-Mart in Quincy mall. Horrible! Sandwich was made with old meat... (turkey). Wish I had taken a picture. Service when I returned it wasn't great. Couldn't get a refund. Had to wait for managerto come in today or tomorrow..( I Had my receipt) Flies were in cookie display...???? 2nd Subway on the East end ofCharleston.. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Courteous. Professional. Very clean inside. Sandwich was made perfectly. Onlyproblem was tomatoes were too ripe, but no outdated meat in display ???????? so I give them 5 Stars!!! Read more

I normally don't do this but, today I went inside and picked a sandwich off of the board. They all say what comes on the... sandwich. I asked the lady to not put onion on the sandwich. She informed me that the sandwich comes with onion. I politely saidthat I don't like onion. She didn't put the onion on the sandwich but she did inform me that if it says it come with onion, I will get onion on the sandwich. I have ordered there before and it has never been a problem until today. I will not be goingback to that subway. Read more
