Everything is fine with the food but the service is another story. The cashier didn't know how to scan my rewards app and while... I was waiting on my food the manager fired a young man without even asking him to step away. It had the young woman waiting onme visibly shaken. Amazing how "covid" is an excuse for rudeness and laziness. The girl at the window barely spoke, mostly stared at me while I sat... there waiting for her to give me the cost and reach her hand out to get the card I was offering. Zero effort to be nice or evento reach for payment. I tried using the app but again it would not process the order. Used the scan for the discount/offer andagain it did not work. App sucks and people have become excessively lazy and rude. Generally I am a very laid back and politeperson but I am just sick of people acting like I am invisible while doing business with them and their employer. Even themanagement is rude. I know people who are trying to get jobs but these places would rather be short staffed and whine about itthan hire decent people willing to work. Read more
The food at Wendy?s is always good. However, at this location the bathrooms were not clean. The women?s bathroom and the men?s... bathroom. I was traveling with my young boys and I trusted Wendy?s as a safe place to eat and use the restroom. However, notonly did I have reservations about using the bathroom but when I tried to get my condiments and beverages there were gnats andflies swarming the area. I went through the thru the drive-thru & waited behind a car for ever. When I finally made it to the speaker I waited & waited,... even saying hello to see if anyone was there. I never did get anyone to answer me at the speaker. So we left & went to anotherWendy's that was happy to have me as a customer. I wouldn't recommend this place. It's obviously don't care about the customersso it would only make sense that they wouldn't care about how fresh or good their food is. Read more
