Honestly, while the kitchen part you see from the front didn't seem that clean and put together, I was surprised at how fresh... and yummy my burger was. There did seem to be a lot of homeless folks wandering about, and while I felt fine to sit and eat withmy mother, I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing my little kiddos. Nothing personal, just fact. Ordered 4 biggie bags- all were wrong. Ordered 4 cokes - received diet cokes and 2 Dr pepper. Getting correct orders at the... drive thru's these days has created a game with me and my 2 grandsons (8&9 urs old). We have running bets as to how many orderswill be accurate - so far this year - no order has been accurate. It's pathetic that a simple cheese burger meal cannot beserved correctly. We never alter or ask for anything special and generally we keep it very simple. Either all number 1s or abiggie bag with all the same items - yet still our orders are wrong. No one cares about what they are doing. My only concern isdiet products - 2 of us have severe aspartame allergies. We only go thru drive thru's when we must so it's not real frequent butit certainly is frustrating. Read more
The worker that took my order seemed frustrated with my $5 biggie bag when I asked for a mayonnaise packet and didn?t turn her... microphone off when I was pulling away from the drive-in. She called me a mean name. I told the girl that ran the food out to methat the girl who was taking orders should turn her microphone off if she is going to insult a customer. And she just shruggedher shoulders and said sorry. And then walked off. I know it shouldn?t be a big deal, but my best friend, who I am driving 16hours back home from his funeral lol, loved Westies and I told myself I had to stop here for him. I can't say enough about how nice and kind the people are there you don't have a long wait they're very polite. And you can... donate to their scholarship program for Charleston. I really think everybody could give something to help the people out to geta better education. It's expensive to go to college and they're already working hard at the job even a dollar would help. Helpour community and especially our young people they are great. Read more
It's Wendy's I liked my chili but my spicy chicken nuggets was very hard so I couldn't eat them... I went through the drive thru... and after getting my food I pulled forward to make sure everything was correct (most of the time it isn't) and of course itwasn't right so I had to walk in and have them correct it (the did no problem), my family didn't complain about anything otherthan the fries tasted old (no one ate them)..... Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Burger was good, fries were not hot. Waited for multiple employees to get our Frosty. Final... employee that returned with a frosty realized how long is been waiting and was apologetic. Read more
Ordered 2 sandwiches and they got them both wrong. Big bacon classic did not have bacon. The Hot honey chicken did not have... bacon or honey. They fixed it. But couldn't even own up to it. The chicken got a dab of honey and bacon crumbles plus the friedpickle chips were nothing more than tiny pieces. Frosty's we're good. Read more
The food is always good, but they haven't been too good with mobile orders recently with them not being called out when they are... ready. The wait times have gone up and make it hard to do on a short lunch break. Read more
