I usually go there after my job at around midnight or 1 and the staff during those hours have absolutely terrible attitudes. I... try to make friendly conversation and they disregard my attempt at a good impression with their careless attitudes as if I haddone something disrespectful. When I came in there before I made this review, the elderly man who checked me out, baffled at myquestion of which way to slide my debit card, and shook his head as if I was a typical aggressive customer when I presentedinnocent behaviour. Store clerk made an error on her part when my mom prepaid for gas on Saturday! My mom ended up having to prepay twice and both... transactions were deducted from her card and she still hasn?t been refunded, as the clerk told her she would be! I?ve been inthis same location another time and seen this same clerk make the same pump error with another customer! We have contactedregional to file a complaint on her and find out about her refund that she hasn?t gotten yet. They still have not returned ourcall and it?s now Monday!! The employees were very rude I went in a couple of times to buy lottery tickets and the cashier sat on a step Stoll well she... rang me up and would huff and puff while getting my tickets the whole time I was nice I didn't really understand why she wasbeing so rude then the last time I went in to get another ticket she said someone just came and got that and that it was thelast one but I was on 17 and it was counting down I then confronted her and she said "I don't know unless it's up in there and Idon't have the keys to open it" hello lazy ass it's your job to try to sell everything in the store sense when is a returningcustomer a bad thing? Never a bad experience when I manage to go... Just insanely crowded half of the time like any other normal convenient store.
