Worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Ordered on the mobile app and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Was told to pull... around to the third window. When they finally came out with the food 15 minutes later they informed me that the "adult happymeals" I were out of stock. Charged us extra for tomato and extra big Mac sauce but we didn't get onions or pickles so that doesn't seem fair. They also... didn't give us the sauces for our nuggets. We just got the exact same order at the on Sellersburg yesterday for $5 less. Read more
It?s a McDonald?s. Yes they are generally understaffed. Yes they are slow, but you can expect that at any when they pay what... minimum wage. If I get there early enough the wait isn?t bad. Going most other times you can expect anywhere from 10 minutes toup to 30 minutes. Far as food quality goes. I don?t expect lean cuisine when I go here. It?s fast food quality. Read more
They are definitely not fast if you mobile order. Most McDonald?s do the mobile order in the order it was received but this... location does not. Every other one I go to processes them when you place it as if you were in the drive thru. I always look atwhat car I would?ve been behind and see if I get my order relatively close to that car. 9 times outta 10 everywhere else I beatthat car but here I?m at least 5 cars or more after. I just decided to quit mobile ordering or I go in and collect it myself.I?ve gone inside numerous times and seen my order sitting on the counter but no one will bring it out.
