So, Subway won't honor a coupon unless you buy a drink! NOWHERE ON THE COUPON DOES IT SAY I HAVE TO BUY A DRINK!! ITS A BUY ONE... GET ONE FREE FOOTLONG coupon and that's it!! I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME AT THIS FILTHY SUBWAY LOCATION AGAIN. I also sent acomplaint about this extortion attempt to Subway Corporate Headquarters. This franchise in Charlestown, IN... You can choose to not honor a coupon, but you cannot honor my coupon ONLY IF I purchase... drinks! That's called extortion and its illegal. Definitely disappointed with my last visit! The tuna looked like watered down dog food, none of the bread I wanted was... available, they no longer offer any wraps other than a "plain" wrap, they no longer carry cucumbers, I had to listen to gangsterrap while I ordered, from an employee with pants down to his knees!!! They were friendly, the first time I went to this Subway. They did everything I asked him to do and did it well. The sub tasted... very good, and it was still hot by the time I got home which is about a 15-minute drive. Read more
Horrible experience. I used the app to order and had huge issues with my order. The worst part is, I wrote to Subway and never... heard back. I understand orders get messed up but to disregard, ignore, and not respond to feedback or a customer complaint ishorrible customer service. I was hoping subway would make this right, but they still haven't reached out to me. I have picturesof my receipt and my food to prove my complaints. Would NOT recommend this location. Read more
We went to Subway in Charlestown this evening and it was the worst experience we?ve ever had at any sandwich shop. It took two... teenage boys 28 minutes to make my wife, daughter, & I three sandwiches. Slow is an understatement. Our sandwiches had verylittle meat/veggies. Everything was an absolute mess. The two sandwich makers were blaming the mess on first shift. They wereout of meatballs. We kept having to repeat ourselves. One sandwich maker apologized, stating he was ?extremely forgetful?. These workers had very little if any training. My wife had to show one of them how to wrap a sandwich (she worked at Subwaywhen she was a teenager). He was appreciative of this training stating he was never shown how to properly wrap a sandwich. Ifelt sorry for the two people in line behind us. After our third sandwich was made, one of the workers said he had to go make aphone call & walked to the back of the store leaving waiting customers. A third worker (female) showed up seconds later from athe back. Not sure where she was or why she wasn?t helping. We will never go back to this location. Read more
