Getting better with order quality. Food quality is dependent on the day and time of day it seems. Never seems to be the same... people. Always hiring, but only offers part time from what I have been told. Seems like full time benefits might help hire andretain people. But what do I know. This place used to be great! My go to fast food. But here the last couple years it?s horrible! This place is ran by unresponable... teens that don?t take their job seriously. Almost every single time I go, I get back to my house and my whole families order iswrong!! Just now, my order was wrong ( that?s what made me want to write a review) also there?s busted sauce packets in my bagall over the food. Smh I should not have to check my bag to see if my order is correct every time I go to the Taco Belllocation! It?s crazy. Attention owner: My receipt said I owed $11.08... Order 401773 on 4/21. Cashier used the 100% manager discount so receipt said I... owe $0, yet took my $11.08 cash. Classic scamming going on here.... Amber, Not cool. Read more

This Taco Bell has to be the very worst, that Taco Bell has to offer! 4 weeks ago, I ordered three soft tacos with extra beef. I... took my food home, only to find that I didn't have anything in my bag that I had ordered. When I called the store manager, sheacted as if it was not a big deal, and that I should just drive back to the restaurant and let them try it again. To hell withmy gas cost, or my time! I didn't bother going back Today, I decided to give them another shot. I ordered three soft tacos,extra beef. Guess what was in my bag this time? Not one single taco! Instead, I got two items that had chicken and tomatoes! Ionce again called the manager, she had nothing to say. There will not be another chance for them to get it right, as far as I amconcerned! I'll drive to another Taco Bell if I want food! This is an ongoing issue that a lot of folks that frequent this TacoBell are having! I have been paying attention for 7 months now, and nothing has been done! It's time for this store manager tobe held accountable. She should be terminated, along with any crew members who choose to not take their job seriously! I'll besending pictures of my food, along with my receipts from this order, and the last.
