I try to support this local restaurants however the guy who answers the phones is not very great with customer service and... indeed should be better. After hanging up the phone on me I honestly wanted to cancel my order and get a refund and all I wastrying to do was make sure my order went through. This place was really amazing and I cannot thank you all enough! I was in such a bind today with all of my kiddos and unforeseen... car issues so we had to find dinner out while we waited for the car repair- they gave each of my kids souvenir cars and brownietests and the pizza was so good, I will recommend this place to everyone and the service was excellent! Overall: Would not recommend. Pros: Food is tasty Cons: Service quality is consistently bad. Example #1: Ordered a pizza... online. Arrived to pick it up 30 mins later, was told its not ready wait outside and we'll bring it out to you. 40 mins laterthey bring it out. In addition to wasting my time, it was lazily made. All of the toppings were haphazardly piled in the centerof the pizza. Example #2: Ordered 3 subs by phone and was told they'll be ready in 15 mins. I arrived 30 mins later, paid (andtipped 15%), and was then told they're not ready we'll bring them outside to you in a few mins. 20 mins later I go in to inquireif they're ready, and they've just sitting on the counter getting cold for who knows how long. I had a slice of cheese pizza, then a chicken parm sandwich. WOW! This food was so delicious, it must be sinful. Owner, Joey,... and his amazing crew are a well oiled machine that work together as if of one mind. If you are in more than a couple of times,expect to be greeted by name, by Joey. And if you have a "regular" order, he'll know that pretty quickly, too, so don't besurprised. No matter what you order, pizza, grinder (sandwich), or whatever you choose from the extensive menu, make sure you'rehungry, because you're going to want to keep eating until you explode.
