It's okay for what it is. I was actually surprised that the burger I ordered came out medium, as requested, and that's saying... something, these days. I ordered the olive burger, and it was pretty good. The burger tasted like it was cooked over char, theolive spread was ok. Read more

7/29/2022 My best friend and I went in to eat last night. We couldn't get a take-out order, as they aren't doing take-out orders... during their dinner rush. So we decided to go in. I'm so happy we did. We had a fantastic meal. I had Cherry Chicken Salad andmy best friend had the Cod dinner. Both were fantastic. What helped this meal, was the service. We had a beautiful, peppy,friendly, personable and very informative server. Her name was SAICHELL. She was such a joy. If anyone wants a server that isvery attentive, friendly and all around amazing. I would say ask for SAICHELL. We just met her last night but the next time I goto Jax, I'll be asking for her!! Thank you SAICHELL for being a joy to our evening. Jax...you've got a gem. Very disappointed. We went based on reviews and online menu. The online menu is not accurate. The service was excellent but... the food was not very good. The salad bar was very basic. Do not go if you have a food allergy!!!! We had a member of our party who had a gluten allergy. We specifically told the... waitress before we ordered that this member had a gluten allergy. The member of our party asked specific questions about thegluten-free options they had on their menu. When our party member received her burger she thought the bread looked off andquestioned it. She is was told it was fine and ate some. The waitress told us there was a mistake and that it was not a glutenfree bun. This made our party member not feel well and had anxiety over eating some. You were really disappointed because we areout of town guests and chose to eat their based off of their gluten-free options. Read more
