Kayeleen was extremely rude to my friend while he was ordering. My friend has only been to a Subway twice before so he doesn?t... know of everything they have there. He asked her what kind of bread they had, and she looked at him and said ?How many timeshave you been here?? instead of simply telling him. I get my lunch here 2-3 times a week, and the quality and service are consistently excellent!
Not impressed. Food wasn't fresh and Bread wasn't good and They really! Push u to tip! I am sorry but i don't normally tip fast... food unless i get it delivered then i do. Read more
Twice in one week that the gentleman working did not change his gloves in between cashing people out, in a front of me. Same... gloves for 4 separate orders. Literally?CHANGE YOUR GLOVES..they cost pennies! GROSS! Read more
We waited in line 10-15 minutes only to find out that they were only accepting cash. Get a piece of paper and write a note, ... cash only. We would have left quickly and quietly. Read more
Terrible service. Rude staff. Came to get sandwiches, didn?t notify us ahead of time that they couldn?t take cash, no signs... posted anywhere. Told us after sandwiches were made at the register. Had to go back to get credit card and went back tostore....by the time we walked back to our rental to get a card and return by foot it had been over an hour. Came back in, wastold we weren?t allowed to get anything without purchasing the old sandwiches they had Made us previously that were stillsitting on the counter. One was a tuna fish sub, mind you. 9-14-19 Unbelievably dissatisfied. There was a guy named Andy who was wonderful but I had a girl (didn?t catch her name) who... next to no knowledge on the ingredients in the sauces for my wrap. I have a severe dairy allergy and any time I asked about adressing if it had dairy in it she replied ?you are asking the wrong person I don?t have a clue? I was shocked she would have aresponse so snuff and also had no idea about the products. I asked about multiple dressings and she again replied ?had no ideaabout any of the products and what was in it? I am a local so I will return but will not want her making my food again. Read more
