Never disappointed with Culvers. Always great tasting burgers, chicken, fish, fries and the onion rings are out of bounds.
Usually, the food and experience is pretty consistent. However, on this occasion I was on my way somewhere and I had to eat in... my car. I had to pull forward and wait several minutes for my food. When I opened my chicken sandwich it was a mess. It wasn'tprepared evenly on the bun and sauce was dripping all over. The fries were tipped over in the bag and only a couple were intheir container. Also, the drink I was handed was dripping down the side of the cup and I have a new car that I am trying tokeep nice, so that was messy. I was really wishing I had some wet wipes in my car. This was definitely not my best experience. Ifeel that if I am paying $11 for lunch it shouldn't be served in this way. Read more
The restuarant was not nearly as busy as the wait times would have suggested. I base this on the fact that 2 customers ahead of... us ordered a single ice cream treat and waited the same as us who ordered 2 sandwiches and an order of onion rings. Dennis at drive through was amazing kind and friendly but other feller was rude. Kids chocolate milk was collaborated / spoiled... and he said it wasn't but refused to smell it or open it. Otherwise our food was good. Read more
