The young girl who takes orders isn?t professional at all. She got my order wrong three times and scratches her body often... without getting gloves or washing her hands after! When your dealing with money and food details matter! And she doesn?t seem tounderstand how important details are for a business or a customer. Please train her better or do away with incompetentemployees. Also start allowing replacement of fries with rice, as many other locations allow this. Read more
Wings were delicious!! They weren't jumbo wings and were crispy and drenched in sauce. The sweet chili sauce is the best. Fries... are perfect. This is my go to spot because the food is ALWAYS consistent. The lemonade is A1! Clean lobby. Read more
Ordered the 30 wing family pack through Postmates. Received 15 wings and fries instead. Called to have the order corrected and... they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. Tried calling back multiple times and they never picked up. Update: responseto my review was quick and professional. Pleasantly surprised and impressed! That?s all I can say! Got the Philly Steak & Wings because a lot of reviews talked about... both so I wanted to try both. Both were oozing in flavor. The Philly wasn?t too dry and had a great cheesy taste to it. One ofthe best phillys Ive had in Charlotte! I got the Sweet Chili wings with ranch and they had the perfect balance of sweet andspicy.
