For the last 3 yrs, I work in walking distance of this location so, I?m there at least 2/3xs a wk. and I almost always order the... same thing (good luck on them having turkey). I have continued to go back,(although they frequently mess my order up) becausethe staff is relatively courteous. However, I am tired of the inconvenience of complaining to management about how my order isnot acceptable. This Arby?s gets not another dime of my hard earned money because clearly, I?m not valued as a customer. I havecomplained about this SAME thing, at least 2xs in the past and today is the worst. So, this is the last day I?ll be charged fora sandwich like this ? I took one bite and wondered, where is the Turkey? For real Arby?s? Read more
Only thing I can say about this place is the food was okay the order takers of customer service they don't even really speak to... you they just hand you your chain hand you your food and that's it no conversation Read more
Ordered two fish dishes. After paying and sitting down there was no tartar sauce. When I asked at the desk they said oh yeah we... don't have any. Would have been nice to know before I paid for them. Read more
You would think my curly fries would be hot and fresh as long as the line was but when my husband and I got our order the food... was not acceptable at all and the fries tasted as if they had been sitting all night, don't go to this place and the Manager wasnot professional about it, Will Never Go to this Arby's again. This was a very disappointing visit. First the shake machine was down. Then there were no crinkle fries. Then I indicated I was... over 55 and I did not receive any senior discount. Then the wagyu burger had no tomato, 1 small cube of red onion and no sauce.Then i had to ask for three pepper sauce & napkins. This was a birthday lunch for the guy who got the burger. He wanted a "goodburger & a shake". I suggested he try the limited time wagyu burger because I know that is an expensive meat. His special daywas not so special after that trip. Read more
Went there last night. I had to wait for them to cook to cook the fish. We didn't mind getting hot fish. Got home to eat. You... can tell that they bagged the fries first in separate bags. The fries were old and cold. The bun on one of the fish sandwicheswas burned. My roast beef sandwich was also cold. The fish that wasn't burned, was hot and good. This Arby's was a little disappointing to me. The person taking our order had a very soft voice and made him hard to hear. We... got our food ordered and it was prepared quickly. The food was good, but not the best I have tasted at other locations. Therestaurant was a little dirty and that made it hard to find a table to sit at. Several employees were standing around instead ofworking to get the dining area cleaned up. The atmosphere just seemed to be lacking at this location. Read more
