So I guess the staff just get to decide when they want to close. I showed up 20 minutes before there own listed closing time. I... waited for 10 minutes at the speaker before going to the window and knocking, just to have the staff look and go back to doingwhatever and then they start laughing. Just stopped for a quick sandwich and jamocha shake. The people were fast and very very nice!! It is so good to meet people that... are so courteous and care about their service. They were great!! The last 3 times I?ve visited this location they have got my order wrong and packaged it very poorly. Avoid this location. The... folks working here clearly don?t care if you get your food the way you ordered or getting it to you undamaged. Read more
Over 10 minutes to wait as the only person in a drive thru is completely unacceptable, especially for lukewarm fries. Sandwiches... were sloppily put together and customer service was not even attempted, let alone bad. Management should be embarrassed. Read more
