Entered drive thru on Saturday at 12:12 pm only car, told to wait,"be right with you" after 3 min, I said hello. Employee... replied, there are only 2 of us here you need to be patience. 2 more minutes person asked are you going to order? I asked forheavily advertised fish basket. I actually liked this location. Nice and quiet meal. Even the staff came and checked on me. Food was delicious. Plenty of roast... beef on my sandwich. I will be back. This is day 2 now. August 15, 2022 and I am happy to announce that it wasn?t a fluke. Thislocation cares about their customers. The food is great yet again. Customer service was great again. Thank you guys and gals formaking my second visit just as great as my first. I?m about to grab another roast beef sandwich. Yum. Read more
Experiences with this location were through the Drive-thru. Employees are friendly, food comes out reasonably fast and they... provide a good amount of napkins and sauces. The roast beef sandwich was pretty good, the curly fries were probably not cookedenough as they all kinda clunk together with half being mushy, the turnover was okay. Overall mid. Read more
Ordered the chicken sandwich ( rostbeef had 15 mins to cook) they forgot the cheese so had to bring it back in.
Last two times I've been to this location it's closed... in the middle of the day. Is this location out of business? Update...... Been months since I been back, but same thing. I was so excited when I first saw an Arby's being built across the street from me. I hate that Berewick is full of chains, but... at least this one is my favorite fast food restaurant. They sent us a coupon for a free sandwich, so of course we went and gotway more than just a sandwich. We had plenty of coupons, so we paid $13 for our meal of 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. We got thenew 5 meat stack, a half pound beef and cheddar, a Reuben, a classic roast beef, and two small fries. In addition to ourcoupons, they have a happy hour that makes a small fry (and other items) $1 until 5pm. Whenever I try new things, I still thinka regular roast beef with a side of curly fries is the best thing to get (add horsey sauce if course). The 5 meat stack waspretty good. The Reuben wasn't bad, but didn't feel like what I come to Arby's for. The beef and cheddar is close enough to aregular roast beef that it's my next favorite. Unfortunately the fries were not very warm, but I guess that's fast food foryou. The service was nice here. We made our order really complicated with all of the coupons and changing our mind and theywere accommodating. I think they're still training staff, but that's not an issue with me. Overall, you know what Arby's is. Ithought this one was better than some as far as the non-food areas go. Read more
