Thai food was awful. I ordered something from a photo that was cooked crispy with chili peppers. They didn?t have brown rice... which I accepted but when I ordered the food was 26$. The soup I ordeeed was only 6-7$ so the meal was 20?! I have paid 20 but Iexpect it to be really good. This was soggy Chinese style food. I honestly could have prepared this at home. I called to checkif I ordered the wrong thing but they said it didn?t look like that because I ordered shrimp instead of chicken. They also saidmine didn?t have chili peppers because I didn?t ask for it to be spicy. I asked for chili oil at the check out and was turneddown and told they didn?t have anything hot except sriracha. So when I got home the food was mediocre/okay. I was hoping my thomyum soup would make up for the meal not being what I wanted. I warmed it up today and it looked very weird when I first saw it.When I heated it up it did not smell good. The shrimp and everything looked and smelled bad. Not fragrant or Thai like at all.Super disappointed. It was full of mushrooms. So many mushrooms it was like a mushroom soup. I like them in my thom yum but thiswas so many and overpowering whereas the whole broth was like a mushroom broth and it wasn?t even fresh smelling. Needless tosay, I never even tasted it. It went straight into to trash. I will never order from there again. The highlight meal of myweekend ruined. I don?t want my money back. The customer service they provided in person and over the phone shows me thatprobably isn?t even an option. Ordered from here based mainly off the ratings so I?m not sure why the food was so bad. Tried this for the first time tonight. Had a particular craving for chicken pad thai. Did a search on here for "best pad thai in... Charlotte", and this was one of the top-rated listings that came up, containing numerous reviews mentioning the best pad thai inthe city. So, thought I'd give it a go! And I wasn't disappointed. Definitely great pad thai indeed. Also got my fav Asianappetizer, crab rangoons, and I have to say, especially compared to the last few times I had it at other restaurants, these werepretty amazing as well. The only constructive input I would give is, I really prefer when crab rangoons come with their ownspecial red sauce. I don't know what it is or what's in it, but I notice some restaurants serve it with crab rangoons, othersdon't.. And I feel like that's usually what puts them over the top!! It definitely would've put these over the top.Unfortunately, all these came with was the restaurant's standard sweet & sour (I'm guessing Thai chili?) sauce. It wasn't quitethe same, and you could barely taste the sauce on them. Hopefully this restaurant considers investing in buying or making thatcrab rangoon-specific sauce. That would make that dish complete perfection here. ???????????????? Lastly, I also ordered theirfried spring rolls. Nothing to particularly write home about, but they were good -- especially with that sweet & sour sauce???? All that said, I'll definitely be back.. and recommend this place to others. ???? Had the penultimate spicy-level pad see ew with tofu and loved it! The broccoli was still had a great crunch even after... reheating in the oven for dinner. Everything had great flavor and spice throughout. For reference, I enjoy some heat but not sohot that I'm sweating. My husband had curry and wasn't a fan of the rice (hence 4 stars) but not a problem - we can supplementwith rice made it home. Will definitely reorder and try the other noodles! Read more

Literally the best thai food in Charlotte. I've eaten at a lot of places and this restaurant beats them all. I am blown away by... how delicious this was. Every bite is flavorful and savory. I got thai hot on both dishes and it's actually spicy. ???????? I'min loveeee. The portion sizes were really good as well for the price. Reasonable cost for thai food. Location is small andhidden away between a red door and a salon. Don't let that keep you away. You can just get in and get out. They're only open allday on the weekends. They have no dine in but to go freshness is top notch. You can sit inside to wait for your food though. Ifyou haven't tried this place, you need to or you'll definitely regret it. I'm never going back to other thai places unless thechef changes haha. Service is great too..I called ahead and food was ready when I got there. I'll be coming back for sure. Read more

Drunken noodle with chicken was my order. I've tried lots of Thai places around the city. This one is pretty good. Portion size... is about the same as everywhere else, price is a little more. Heat level is good and the vegetable mix is solid. Give it a try,but it's takeout only. Read more

The food here is delicious but not nearly worth the hour wait it took to have them prepared. I only ordered two items T1 &T3 and... it took well past an hour for them to prepare them. I witnessed several delivery drivers come to pick up orders with at leastone being told it would be an hour wait. There were more than a few who came in and picked orders quickly. Again the food wasgood, but nothing that would justify in hour wait. I'm going to assume by the traffic that they were fairly busy and possiblyshorthanded. I would still eat here the prices were reasonable and the food was good. And I also would still recommend to othersand just tell them to be prepared to wait. Read more

This is a hidden gem I found on the Yelp Charlotte top 100 list. It's hidden in a strip mall off of Independence Blvd. Don't... judge it from the outside. They seem to mostly do take out now. There was only one other table there when we were. The servicewas very friendly. We started with a Thai Tea which was amazing. I recommend saving it to drink with the spicy food. We werewith a group and decided to do a big family style meal. For appetizers, we started with the spring rolls, the Papaya Salad, andthe Larb Kai. We ordered both the Papaya Salad and the Larb Kai hot and they were both incredibly spicy and delicious. Forentrees, we got the Pad See Ew (beef), Drunken Noodles (chicken), Green Curry (chicken), and Pineapple Fried Rice (combo).Everything was amazing. The Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodles were my favorite and the Green Curry was very good as well. Weordered everything hot, but the entrees weren't nearly as spicy as the appetizers. It's all reasonably priced. We paid$20/person and it was way too much food. We all left stuffed. I think this was the best Thai food I've had in Charlotte. It'sdefinitely a must try! Read more
